Project Note

NavigoTransport is a current campus transit product for Wits students, focused on making shuttle movement predictable even when signal is unreliable.

Product Direction

  • Door-to-door campus shuttle trip planning.
  • On-device route computation rather than a routing server dependency.
  • Offline timetables, routes, and map-aware trip guidance.
  • Departure reminders, service alerts, campus security, and lost-and-found flows.
  • Private-by-design trip planning where routes are computed on the device.

Current Status

Navigo is in private beta with a public product site, Google Play listing, and iOS TestFlight beta. The public pages describe the product as a Wits University student shuttle companion with offline-first journey planning.
